  Richard cordes is a scam artist ,despite what others say he has no compassion for animals or their owners,he would rather put them down then help them.the front desk lady vicky was extremely rude from the minute we walked in she ignored us and continued to discuss getting cancer removed from her uterus with another person in the office and after her discussion she helped us and asked abunch of questions out loud with a loud raspy voice.when she asked how was the day going i answered back that i had alot of problems that day and she shrugged her shoulders and said "thats life" i sat in the check up office by myself after 10 minutes then he sent in a mentally challenged boy. To keep me company which was fine because he was very nice but i noticed he was the only person that pet my animal this richard cordes guy did not even attempt to examine my pet .i noticed in the back room that this vicky lady was squirting caged dogs in the face with a squirt bottle? Eventually they sent me on the way but not before he billed me 65 dollars just for coming in .no rabies shot or other vaccinations were offered and did not examine the animals body to make sure its legs worked properly or anything health related just billed for the visit.i will not be doing business with these people ever again after this experience.upon returning home i told my friend of the situation and he revealed to me that he had a golden retriever who stayed in richard cordes's clinic and ended up dying
